Last weekend...

Hi all the picture of me & my new roommate Marc-Andre lounging on a lovely couch- is the VIP Sala at the Movie Theatre. You can pay an extra $4.00 and get reclining chairs and service which includes ordering food & drinks (sushi, chicken, pizza, beer, wine, etc), the picture of the group of my old roommate Valentinas goodbye...she left Monday :( pic includes our doctors & her family.

Last Sunday we went to a family fiesta, Saturday we finally had the opportunity to visit the pyramids at Teotihuacan, and Friday we celebrated - my mentor in the brown/white dress defended her dissertation! She finally has her PhD- hurray for her!

Michelle in Gothenburg

Here is Michelle by a little door of one of the buildings in Gothenburg. Most of the Swedes were tall so we couldn't imagine who used this door. By the way, this was taken on one of the few sunny days that we had. It rained for six weeks straight and was raining on the day we left!! We were looking forward to coming home to heat, humidity and sunshine!

Michelle took this at the Southern Archipelago Islands. I did not realize she took it, as you can see it was very rock there but the water was nice and warm!

This is me, Patricia (our mentor) and Michelle at the Southern Archipelago Islands. The islands were nothing but rocks, as you can tell by the way I am dressed I was not prepared to be jumping and climbing all over big boulders! There were a few times I had to hike up my skirt up and accidently flash my pink panties (but at least they matched my top)!
